2007 Board of Directors Announced at Annual Convention in Atlanta
LAWRENCE, Kan., Oct. 19 // -- Commercial Real Estate Women
(CREW) Network, the industrys leading advocate for the success of women in
commercial real estate, announced today that Marianne Ajemian, partner at
Nutter, McClennen & Fish, LLP in Boston, has been elected President for
2007.
Ajemian plans to focus her presidency on how CREW Network can further
empower its members by giving them the tools they need to lead, promoting
members accomplishments within the industry, providing better networking
opportunities for members and sponsors, and building upon the initial
information CREW obtained through the "Women in Commercial Real Estate
Survey: 2005."
"I see CREW continuing to be a catalyst for change in commercial real
estate in order to progress towards our goal of achieving parity in
opportunity, influence and power," said Ajemian. "I am proud of our members
in all areas of the commercial real estate industry that have made a
difference by having successful careers and making substantial
contributions to helping their companies reach goals and achieve success."
As the first female partner to serve on the Executive Committee at
Nutter, Ajemians proven success has been in the representation of clients
locally and nationally within the real estate and finance industries.
Ajemian has been a member of NEWIRE (CREW Network Boston chapter) since
1993 and has been recognized for the following:

Award for Achievement in the Professions
The following Board of Directors will lead CREW Network with Ajemian:
Lynny Osenbaugh, president of Osenbaugh & Associates, was named
president- elect. Osenbaugh served as president of CREW Houston in 2003 and
has been an active contributor to the chapter. Osenbaugh joined the CREW
Network board in 2005 and served as CREW Foundation Trustee in 2006. She
has many years of involvement with the Appraisal Institute, including
leadership roles in the Houston chapter as well as on the Leadership
Advisory Council and Leadership Development Committee. She is a recognized
litigation expert in her field with 22 years of experience in real estate
appraisal and consulting, and is a frequent speaker at professional
conferences.
Beth Lambert-Saul, director at Archon Group LP, a subsidiary of Goldman
Sachs, will serve as immediate past president. Lambert-Saul has nearly 20
years of experience in asset, portfolio and investment management, as well
as financing, loan workout and distressed debt acquisition. She served as
president of CREW Dallas in 2001 and received the chapters Outstanding
Achievement Award in 2003 for her excellence in career achievements,
community involvement, service to CREW and the recognition of her peers.
Lambert-Saul is also a past president of the Association of Women
Executives, a past board member of the Dallas Womens Foundation and is a
member of a number of mortgage banking industry associations.

Senior Vice President/Partner, Meredith & Grew
NEWIRE Boston
Blount served as a member of the CREW Network Task Force on Membership
and Dues and currently serves as co-chair of the Resource Development
Committee. She served as president of the NEWIRE Steering Committee from
2004-2005 and was included in the Power Brokers list of the top 25 office
leasing brokers in the Boston market based on transactions reported to
CoStar in 2005.

Senior Vice President, Development - Lowe Enterprises Eastern Region
CREW Washington DC
A former president of CREW Washington DC and co-chair of the CREW
Network Convention held in DC in 1999, Circo has executive-level
responsibility for Lowe Enterprises commercial and mixed-use development
projects in the Mid- Atlantic and Tri-State areas. The eastern regional
office of Lowe Enterprises currently has a development pipeline of over $1
billion in new projects. With more than 20 years in the commercial real
estate industry, Ms. Circos expertise encompasses the full spectrum of
real estate activities including acquisitions, investment, development,
project management and corporate services

CREW Seattle
As an active member of the CREW Seattle chapter and its immediate past
president, Hill has chaired the CREW Seattle Nominating Committee,
Sponsorship Committee and chaired the 2005 CREW Careers(TM) National
Partners Subcommittee. Additionally, Hill serves on the executive committee
for the Girl Scouts Totem Council Board of Directors. With more than 14
years of industry experience, Hill is an investment broker with Pacific
Real Estate Partners, Inc. where she has handled the disposition of over
$1.2 billion worth of real estate in the past 24 months

Toronto CREW
Joly, a returning board member, has been an active member of CREW for
the past 10 years and served as president of Toronto CREW in 2001. She
served as a member of the 2004 Toronto Convention Sponsorship Committee,
which helped achieve a total sponsorship level exceeding $400,000 for CREW
Network. Joly has nearly 20 years of experience providing strategic advice
to public and private owners of commercial real estate on all aspects of
their capital structure.

CREW Seattle
Rush, a returning CREW Network board member and former president of
CREW Seattle, is an architecturally trained professional with more than 20
years experience in design and strategy with a focus on the workplace and
corporate interior architecture. Rush currently serves as the liaison to
the CREW Network Member Education/Development Committee that has
subcommittees focused on convention, council meetings, and regional
conferences. She is also a member of IFMA and an Associate member of the
American Institute of Architects, and a past board member of IFMA Seattle.

CREW Austin
A founding member of CREW Austin and past president of the chapter,
Smith served on the CREW Network Programs Committee for the 2005 convention
and currently serves as the chair of the Recognition Committee. She is also
an active member of ICSC, chairing committees for the Law Conference on
workshops, general sessions, seminars and the Next Generation Initiative.
As part of Smiths national practice, she provides practical business
solutions for institutional investors in all types of commercial property.

Vice President, Capmark Finance
CREW Dallas/ Tucson CREW
Returning board member Kathy Wilke is a former president of CREW Dallas
and Tucson CREW. She co-chaired the 2005 Industry Research Task Force that
designed and implemented the industrys first benchmarking study - Women in
Commercial Real Estate Survey: 2005 - and currently serves as the board
liaison to the Finance Committee. Wilke has more than 30 years of
experience in commercial real estate including mortgage banking,
development and appraising.
Also serving on the 2006 board is Gail S. Ayers, PhD, chief executive
officer of CREW Network.
The mission of CREW Network (http://www.crewnetwork.org) is to advance
the success of women in commercial real estate. CREW does this by looking
outward to bring more women into the industry, showcasing member successes
and serving as a key resource to its members and the industry. CREW Network
