SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., Dec. 28 /-FirstCall/ -- Sunstone Hotel
Investors, Inc. (NYSE: SHO) announced today that it has completed the
previously announced sale of 599,355 shares of common stock to Security
Capital Preferred Growth Incorporated.
The securities were issued in a private placement exempt from the
registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933.
