- Airline Continues to Expand East with Key Business Markets -
ORLANDO, Fla., July 6 /-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a
subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), today launched new daily
nonstop service from Greater Rochester International Airport to Bostons
Logan International Airport.
With the addition of the new service, Boston will be the sixth nonstop
destination served by the airline from Rochester, while nonstop
destinations from Boston increase to seven. The route will be served by
AirTran Airways popular Boeing 717, one of the industrys quietest and
most efficient aircraft.
